Online Returns and Exchanges'
- These policies apply to all items bought through the website madebymeivy.com
- Online purchases are valid for return, exchange, or refund, for up to 30 days after the package arrives to the recipient.
- Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
-After the return is sent, the refund will then be issued
Custom Made Items
- So, you've decided you would like a custom made piece, what's next? To order a custom piece, send us a email. Through email we can discuss the garment, price, measurements, and other details.
-Please be aware that I am not always available for custom orders. If there is a "custom order" listing in my shop then I have availability. If not, check again in a few weeks!
Alterations and Mending
- One of our core values is sustainability, because of this we offer alteration and mending services. Any item purchased through madebymeivy.com, can be sent to us for these services. We would much rather fix up an item that can be loved for many more years, than it end up in a landfill.
